Adding GIFS to Snapchat and Instagram stories has been an exciting feature for users since 2017. The process is simple and done within the respective app’s story feature. All a user has to do after taking or uploading the image he/she wants to post is select the GIF search widget provided by Giphy.com, which allows them to search through millions of stickers created by artists all over the world.

We introduced this trend to clients in 2019. With this added feature, patients can type in their doctors name into the Giphy search bar and add branded GIFS to their stories. This inspires earned word-of-mouth advertising.
